Order Processing

Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12pm PT are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12pm PT, on weekends, or on US holidays are shipped the next business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.

Tracking Your Order

All orders include free tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website. If you haven't received tracking within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to investigate and ship a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Address Changes

Address changes can be made within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order enters fulfillment, we're unable to make address modifications. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
